However, I am not an accredited Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner and cannot issue Section 60I certificates for family law court custody proceedings. Separation & Co-Parenting Fee Structure
Our pricing framework is structured around the specific requirements of your case, with all services quoted on a per-case basis to reflect the unique complexities of your situation. Typically, total mediation costs range from $1,100 to $2,500, depending on the time and preparation required.
Typical Initial Structure
Case Preparation & Administration: 1 hour
Per-Party Private Pre-Mediation Meeting: 1 hour
Joint or Shuttle Mediation Session: 2 hours
Agreement / Outcome Document Writing: 1 hour
Additional Hours: Allocated as needed based on case complexity
Venue Costs: Room hire fees are added if physical venues are required
🔄 Returning Clients: Review & Refine Framework
Life changes, and agreements often need to be adjusted as children grow or circumstances shift. For returning clients, we fast-track the process:
Waived: Case Preparation & Setup fees.
Streamlined: 30-minute private check-ins per party to discuss recent updates.
Focused: 1-to-2-hour mediation sessions to update specific clauses.
⏱️ Returning Client Eligibility Window
To access this streamlined structure, your review request must be made within 12 months of your last signed mediation agreement with us, and must relate directly to updating that specific case. Disputes raised outside this 12-month window or concerning entirely new matters will require a standard intake and preparation process.
⏱️ Session Time Clause
The standard session fee covers up to 2 hours of mediation time. Additional time will be billed pro rata in 15-minute increments based on your tailored case quote.
Note: All payments are required before mediation or review sessions commence.
