Because every family situation is unique, pricing is quoted on a per-case basis. Total mediation costs typically range from $1,100 to $2,500, depending on the complexity and hours required.

Typical Initial Structure:

• Case Preparation & Administration (1 hour)

• Per-Party Private Pre-Mediation Meeting (1 hour)

• Joint or Shuttle Mediation Session (2 hours)

• Agreement / Outcome Document Writing (1 hour)

• Additional hours allocated as needed

• Room hire costs added if physical venues are required

🔄 Returning Families: Review & Refine Framework

Family dynamics and circumstances shift over time. If you have mediated with us before and need to adjust an existing family agreement or review an asset milestone, we fast-track the process:

• Waived Case Preparation & Setup fees.

• Streamlined 30-minute private check-ins per person to catch up on recent updates.

• Focused 1-to-2 hour mediation sessions to update specific arrangements.

⏱️ Returning Client Eligibility Window

To access this streamlined structure, your review request must be made within 12 months of your last signed mediation agreement with us, and must relate directly to updating that specific case. Disputes raised outside this 12-month window or concerning entirely new matters will require a standard intake and preparation process.

⏱️ Session Time Clause

The standard session fee covers up to 2 hours of mediation time. Additional time will be billed pro rata in 15-minute increments, as specified in your case quote.
