Neighbourhood Mediation Fee Structure
Our neighbourhood mediation services are quoted on a per-case basis, typically ranging from $1,100 to $2,500 depending on complexity. This all-inclusive fee covers the structural preparation, private consultations, and neutral space required to help neighbours reach a lasting, written agreement.
Typical Structure
Case Preparation & Administration: 1 hour
Per-Party Private Pre-Mediation Meeting: 1 hour
Joint or Shuttle Mediation Session: 2 hours
Agreement / Outcome Document Writing: 1 hour
Venue Costs: Room hire fees are added if professional physical venues are required
⏱️ Session Time Clause
The standard session fee covers up to 2 hours of mediation time. Additional time will be billed pro rata in 15-minute increments, as outlined in your tailored case quote.
Note: Unlike ongoing commercial or family relationships, neighbourhood agreements are designed as standalone, permanent solutions. All payments are required before mediation commences.
