Our commercial and workplace mediation services are quoted on a per-case basis, with total costs typically ranging from $1,100 to $2,500 depending on complexity. This range reflects the additional operational structure and corporate case management required for complex contracts, project timelines, and team dynamics. 

Typical Initial Structure:

• 1 hour Case Preparation & Administration

• 1 hour Per-Party Private Pre-Mediation Meeting

• 2 hours Joint or Shuttle Mediation Session

• 1 hour Agreement / Outcome Document Writing

• Additional hours as needed

• Room hire costs added if physical venues are required

Operational needs shift, and contracts require variations. For ongoing corporate partners, contractors, or employers needing to adjust a previous agreement or address a new team milestone, we fast-track your resolution:

• Waived Case Preparation & Setup fees.

• Streamlined 30-minute private check-ins per party to catch up on operational updates.

• Focused 1-to-2 hour mediation sessions to update specific clauses or resolve new disputes.

⏱️ Returning Client Eligibility Window:

To access this streamlined structure, your review request must be made within 12 months of your last signed mediation agreement with us and must relate directly to the update of that specific case. Disputes raised outside this 12-month window or concerning entirely new matters will require a standard intake and preparation process. 

⏱️ Session Time Clause:

The standard session fee covers up to 2 hours of mediation time. Additional time will be billed at the standard hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
