Pre‑Mediation Sessions The mediator meets privately with each party to explore the issues, answer questions, and ensure everyone feels comfortable before the parties come together. Sessions will either take place via room hire at professional venues in Taree, Forster, or elsewhere on the Mid North Coast, or be conducted securely online. 3. Group Mediation Session All parties meet in a guided, neutral conversation where the mediator supports clear communication, keeps discussions focused and helps identify practical options. As with the pre-mediation sessions, group sessions can be arranged in person within the Mid North Coast or otherwise securely online. 4. Agreement WritingIf an agreement is reached, the mediator writes it up clearly and accurately so both parties have a structured record of what was decided.Mediation is confidential, and the mediator remains impartial at all times — supporting all parties equally as they work toward resolution.
